HotMini: Short Drama & Series
Is HotMini: Short Drama & Series free? Free with a Catch.
Pricing: No in-app purchases are listed. The store description says available dramas can be watched free without a subscription, supported by advertising; this aligns with the existing almost_free commentary because the catch is heavy advertising rather than a paid unlock.
HotMiniDrama streams its short-drama library free with no purchases, but reviewers report near-constant ad interruptions and describe its advertised cash-reward feature as effectively non-functional.
- Full drama library streams free with no subscription
- Daily new episodes across multiple genres
- No purchase required to watch content
- Reviewers describe ads interrupting playback every few seconds, sometimes over a minute long
- The app's earn-money/cash-out feature is widely reported as broken or unreachable, with high thresholds (e.g. £300) and balances that decay if unused
- Multiple reviewers describe the payout promise specifically as a scam
