X
Is X free? Actually Free.
Pricing: Core social-network use remains free; optional Premium tiers add features such as editing, longer posts/videos, reply prioritization, verification, fewer ads and higher Grok access, with Android pricing shown locally and potentially differing from web. Optional paid features: X Premium Basic (web reference price) ($3/month or $32/year); X Premium (web reference price) ($8/month or $84/year); X Premium+ (web reference price) ($40/month or $395/year).
X remains broadly usable for free for reading, posting, following accounts, messaging and joining public conversations. X Premium sells extras such as fewer ads, editing and boosted visibility, but those upgrades do not block the basic social platform.
