Shop: Track, Pay, Discover
Is Shop: Track, Pay, Discover free? Service / Storefront.
Pricing: The Shop app itself is free with no in-app purchases; it's a shopping/tracking tool where the real spending happens at the individual merchant stores you check out from, not through the app as an app-store purchase.
Shop is a storefront and order-management app: it is free to install and useful for package tracking, but its shopping experience centers on buying paid products from Shopify stores. Browsing and tracking are free; purchases, merchant quality, and shopping support are the main caveats.
- Order tracking and delivery updates are useful without a subscription.
- The app can organize purchases from many Shopify stores in one place.
- Reviewers like having order status and shopping activity centralized.
- Buying products is required to complete the app's main shopping purpose.
- Reviewers complain about fake or unreliable stores and difficulty getting help.
- Support can be hard to reach when a package is missing or an order goes wrong.
- Some users dislike how Shop becomes involved in purchases even when they did not intend to use it.
