Gemini Notebook turns uploaded sources into cited answers, summaries, flashcards, and audio-style study material, and this core workflow is usable for free. However, the app also sells Google One/Google AI storage-and-feature upgrade tiers as in-app purchases (from $1.99 up to $79.99), so it is best described as free-with-upsells rather than fully free.
