Chick-fil-A One members age 18+ receive a free birthday reward based on membership tier: base members choose a Chocolate Chunk Cookie or Chocolate Fudge Brownie; Silver members choose from desserts; Red members choose a sandwich or nuggets; Signature members choose an entrée. Add your birthday in the app at least 24 hours in advance. The reward arrives on your birthday (Saturday instead if your birthday is Sunday) and is valid for 30 days. In the Chick-fil-A app, open Rewards > My Rewards to redeem.
