QDOBA Birthday Reward — Free Chips & Queso (Entrée for Gold)
QDOBA Rewards members receive free queso and chips for their birthday; Gold Status members receive a free entrée instead. Gold requires 12 visits in a calendar year (PRIOR ELIGIBILITY activity), but the official FAQ does not specify a purchase at birthday redemption. Join QDOBA Rewards and check your birthday reward in your account; QDOBA has not publicly specified the birthday claim window. This is distinct from the new-member chips-and-queso signup offer, which requires an entrée purchase.
