Azimuth — Free Forza Horizon 2 Windows Launcher (Game Files Required)

Download the Azimuth 0.9.7 Windows launcher at a name-your-own-price amount of $0. This unofficial utility runs supported Xbox One Forza Horizon 2 game files on Windows 11; the game itself is NOT included, and you must supply your own legally obtained compatible files (version 1.0.0.64). Supports graphics presets and 30/60 FPS; offline only, no Xbox Live. How to get it: select Download Now on the developer's itch.io page and choose $0, then point the launcher to your own game files. Pre-release software may have bugs.
