Smoothie King Freebies

Champion members receive one free 20 oz birthday smoothie (up to $7.75 value), automatically added to their account on their birthday and valid for 7 days. Champion status requires earning 35,000 Purpose Points through prior purchases within 12 months (typically $350 at the standard 100-points-per-dollar rate); this is an advance eligibility requirement, not a purchase required when redeeming. Regular Healthy Rewards members receive a $2 birthday bonus, not a free smoothie. Join through the free Smoothie King app.
