Free Pumpkin D-Lite Smoothie at Smoothie King — August 27

Champion members receive one free 20 oz birthday smoothie (up to $7.75 value), automatically added to their account on their birthday and valid for 7 days. Champion status requires earning 35,000 Purpose Points through prior purchases within 12 months (typically $350 at the standard 100-points-per-dollar rate); this is an advance eligibility requirement, not a purchase required when redeeming. Regular Healthy Rewards members receive a $2 birthday bonus, not a free smoothie. Join through the free Smoothie King app.

Smoothie King Healthy Rewards members can get one free 12 oz Coffee High Protein Almond Mocha Smoothie on September 28 or 29, 2026 at participating locations nationwide. Join Healthy Rewards, then redeem the one-time member offer during the two-day promotion.

Healthy Rewards members can claim a free 12 oz Pumpkin D-Lite Smoothie at participating Smoothie King locations on August 27, 2026, while supplies last. Check the Rewards section in the Smoothie King app and redeem the offer in store.
